I've got a little video tool here that a relative of mine found that lets you export YouTube and other video site videos to mp4 format so you can download them to your computer.  I honestly don't know how great a quality you're going to get from a video that's been compressed to upload, compressed upon upload and once again compressed to mp4 for download.  It's kind of like making a xerox copy of a copy of a copy... for what it's worth though:  Here's your tool.
